The Sophisticated principles of interpreting language developed by Poorva Memamsa offer a valuable framework for Bharat. These principles surpass those derived from British common law and foreign sources currently employed by the Indian judiciary in terms of sophistication. The need for scholarly inquiry into the relevance of Poorva Mimamsa for legal interpretation in India is paramount. The legal field desperately needs standardised textbooks and supplemental materials for lawyers and judges.
Our academic exploration of history concludes with India's achievement of independence. Even in that, there are significant gaps. Koudinya Trust plans to conduct a comprehensive study of Bharat's history, particularly emphasising the years leading up to and following independence. We also need to thoroughly examine the economic activities of India throughout its history, covering ancient times, socialist administrations, the era of planned economy, and the economic reforms of 1991. Decisions made by the national leadership, including legal, regulatory, and policy changes, significantly affected economic activity in India. Examining the consequences of these choices will provide valuable lessons for the nation, preventing similar errors in the future. We can better understand the economic values and methods that shape our cultural identity by delving deeper into the subject. This will also help us effectively challenge the leftist economic and political narrative, which is being pushed heavily once again. We can combat this by producing excellent content such as books and documentaries.
It is necessary to conduct a comprehensive study on the governance principles in India since Vedic times. The most recent in-depth studies on this topic date back over a century and lack an examination of public and judicial administration principles outlined in the Vedas and other Dharmic scriptures. We urgently require a much more detailed analysis of the fundamental principles of Dharma, bringing them together in a comprehensive study. With fresh insights and new material available, conducting a comprehensive study that explores and refutes the divisive and anti-national narratives spread by external forces is crucial. This study should utilise materials like books and other resources to counter their claims.
About 40 million ancient manuscripts have not yet been scanned and digitalised. GoI is doing it in a project. The Trust wish to take part in the same. It also wants to facilitate writing the said texts in digital forms and translate them into other Bharatiya languages. .
